Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • DOA – We would have the customer ship the item back to us, and we would send a new one.  We would pay all shipping costs.
  • Defective –  Within the warranty period, if an item is defective, it would be the customers responsibility to get the item back to us.  (They pay shipping costs to us.)  We repair or replace at our option, and ship back to the customer at our expense.
  • Damaged in shipping - If an item was damaged during shipping, we would make a claim to UPS.  Customer would receive credit.  A determination would be made as to what to do with the damaged item.
  • Incorrect order (within 30 days of order) - If a customer wishes to return an item ordered in error, as long as it is new in the box, they may return it to us at their expense for credit.  (Original shipping cost would not be refunded.)

Out of stock

If we are OUT OF STOCK of an item that is purchased online, and paid for in full, we would contact the customer ASAP.  We would offer the customer a choice:

  1. a) a refund to their credit card, or
  2. b) would they like us to keep the order on file and ship when the item was back in stock?
