Will this part fit my system?
The most common question we get — and the most important one. Three quick checks: (1) Is your hose end round or oval? Oval means a Beam Ultra / Alliance / 2G hose. (2) Does your hose have a switch on the handle? (3) Does it plug in with a cord (corded) or connect inside the inlet (direct-connect)? Product listings note which type they fit. Not sure? Text a photo of your hose handle and inlet to us or call (314) 567-1515 — we'll match it in minutes. Ordering the right fit the first time beats a return every time.
Shipping
We ship UPS nationwide. Rates are calculated live at checkout by weight, plus a small handling fee per box. Large items (power units, pipe, DIY kits) ship in multiple boxes. PVC tubing ships in its own box.
Free local pickup
Every order can be picked up free at our showroom: 2505 Metro Blvd, Suite G, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, Mon–Fri 9am–4pm. Buying a DIY kit? We'll walk through the install plan with you at pickup.
Sales tax
Missouri sales tax is added at checkout based on your address.
Returns
Ordered the wrong item? New-in-box items can be returned within 30 days for credit (return shipping at your cost; original shipping isn't refunded). Dead on arrival? We pay shipping both ways and send a replacement. Damaged in transit? We handle the UPS claim and you get credited. Full details in our refund policy.
